Muhammed Al Nasiri Human Resources Director

Biography

 

Muhammed Al Nasiri is an HR professional for over 11 years.  His contributions to the institution’s development have made significant positive change to the staff well-being and overall employee satisfaction levels.  Not only has he contributed to the organization’s development but he is a real example of a constantly thriving leader who is an HRMP professional as well as a PhD student at “Grenoble Ecole De Management”.

 

 

 

Akram Khanfar Deputy HR Director

Biography

 

Akram is an HR professional with 8 years experience in HR payroll, job analysis, job evaluation and Kuwaiti rules.  He is responsible for all human resources activities related to compensation, labor relation benefits and implementing HR plans and procedures under the supervision of the HR Director for all company personnel.

 

 

 

Hanaa Deabas HR Business Partner

Biography

 

Hanaa has over 20 years of experience in the administrative affairs and recruitment field.  She started her career in 2002 at GUST until today and is currently a Business Partner handling all issues related to faculty and the Academic Affairs sector.

 

 

 

Faten Irhaim Senior HR Officer

Biography

 

Faten has around 17 years of experience around the Administrative Affairs field.  She had been working for 4 years in an investment firm, and then started her career in 2002 at GUST until today.  She is currently handling Total Rewards in the HR Department.

 

 

 

Mona Youssef Team Leader

Biography

 

Mona has a total of 5 years’ experience in the HR field and holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification.  She started her career in Talent Management at NBK for 2 years, in which she has solid experience in talent acquisition and retention.  She is now handling Talent Management at GUST.

 

 

 

Haya Al Hamad HR Officer

Biography

Haya graduated from the American School of Kuwait and completed her bachelor’s degree at GUST majoring in English Literature.  At the year of 2002, she took a summer internship at NBK, learning how to deal with several types of people and how to manage your finances. However, her first job experience was at GUST, in the training department PACE for 6 months and then moved to HR because as she felt that she needed more exposure and experience in several areas.

 

 

Abdullah Al Najdi Government Relations Supervisor

Biography

 

Abdullah has about 20 years of experience in the field of Government Relations.  He started his career in the Ministry of Interior since 1995 till 2012. Later he joined GUST in 2013 as Government Relations Supervisor (where he’s handling a team of Mandoob’s) who work together on all government issues related to staff and faculty.

 

 

 

Ashraf Ali HR Coordinator

Biography

 

Ashraf has been associated with GUST family for more than 15 years. He is currently handling the personnel & administration affairs in the HR department.

 

 

Praveena James HR Officer

Biography

 

Praveena is an HR professional with 5 Years of experience in Hiring Talent. She has been associated with the BIG 4 Audit firm back in India, She then started her career in Kuwait in the year 2012 in an Audit Firm and currently engaged with GUST. Currently she is part of the Talent Management Team.
