GUST Real Estate Investment Course Organizes Site Visits
30 GUST students from the Real Estate Investment (FIN327) course, led by Dr. Abdullah Al-Falah, Adjunct Finance Professor, started on a series of real estate project visits last week. The series started with a visit to Al-Hamra, the largest office building in Kuwait. The purpose of these visits is to help students link practical to theoretical aspects of real estate investment.
The students will be working on written reports after each visit to illustrate their understanding, and working on a full real estate project at the end of the term.
The next site visits scheduled will be to The Avenues and Al-Asima Project, the largest construction project in the country, and more on-campus visits will be conducted with experts in the field.
