Secretary (Project Based)
Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain records, files, reports and correspondence
  2. Communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  3. Maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  4. Develops and maintains department filing system.
  5. Process and handle confidential information.
  6. Completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
  7. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  8. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  9. Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  10. Filing
  11. Organizing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  12. Managing databases.
  13. Develops and maintains department filing system
  14. Assisting to implement the procedures and administrative systems.
  15. Liaising with relevant department.
  16. Coordinating mails.
  17. Manage various calendars and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Secretarial.
  • Microsoft Office Certified Professional certification.
  • ICDL certificate International Computer Driving License.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the secretarial relevant.
