Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for all PM-FM management Departments and handling the Communications inside & outside GUST University.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for PM-FM communications.
  • Follow up and coordinate with the FM helpdesk for all requests & complaints.
  • Handling all HR procedures for department members (e.g. leaves and overtime) and attending urgent meetings.
  • Follow up with the Accounting Department on all payments.
  • Preparing of all PM-FM internal & external documents & memos.
  • Organizing and handling filling systems (Hard copies, soft system).
  • Following all contractors’ contracts with university legal consultants.
  • Handling all governmental correspondence.
  • Preparing the department’s monthly report.
  • Preparing the department’s yearly financial reports.
