يجمع تخصص نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) بين النظريات والتطبيقات من مجالات إدارة الأعمال والتكنولوجيا والعلوم الاجتماعية. ويُعدّ مجال نظم المعلومات الإدارية متعدد التخصصات بطبيعته، إذ يتجاوز الحدود التقليدية بين العديد من التخصصات الأكاديمية والمدارس الفكرية.يهدف برنامج بكالوريوس العلوم في نظم المعلومات الإدارية في كلية إدارة الأعمال إلى إعداد الطلبة ليصبحوا روّادًا وقادة في مجال الأعمال بشكل عام، وفي مجال نظم المعلومات بشكل خاص، بالإضافة إلى تزويدهم بالمهارات الأكاديمية والعملية اللازمة للدراسات العليا والشهادات المهنية.ولتحقيق ذلك، يقدّم برنامج نظم المعلومات الإدارية مجموعة متنوعة من المقررات تشمل: تحليل وتصميم النظم، البرمجة الكينونية (كائنية التوجّه)، تصميم وإدارة قواعد البيانات، أنظمة الحاسوب والمعلومات، إدارة الاتصالات والشبكات، التجارة الإلكترونية وتصميم الويب.
عادةً ما يكون برنامج بكالوريوس العلوم في نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) برنامجًا يمتد لأربع سنوات، ويتطلب إتمام 120 ساعة معتمدة.ويُطلب من الطلاب إكمال 40 مقررًا دراسيًا للتخرج. وتشمل المقررات الدراسية ما يلي:
