If you encounter difficulty accessing the databases remotely (off-campus), consider trying the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser's cache & cookies.
  2. Choose a database directly from the list on the Library website. DO NOT use a bookmarked page.
  3. When you click any database link off campus, you will be redirected to a page that requests you to login.
  4. Enter your credentials: your username is your GUST ID email prefix (make sure you DO NOT use and your password is your GUST password.
  5. You should now be redirected to the database you have chosen.
  6. Your access is valid across all library subscriptions. You will not be required to login again during your session.
