Come and join us in the library as Dr Shahd AlShammari presents the book Kan Ya Maka, which contains the best students' stories about Kuwait. The narratives range from the gothic to the surreal and to satire. The book celebrates the youth’s creativity and offers a platform for sharing these texts with the world.
The book is a coproduction of Gust University Press and Platinum Press. The publisher will attend.
Through the event we launch GUST University Press, which will start printing conference proceedings, newsletters of research centers, handbooks, as well as fiction and poetry. It plans to publish various monographs on local history and local culture.
