If you encounter difficulty accessing the databases remotely (off-campus), consider trying the following steps:
- Clear your browser's cache & cookies.
- Choose a database directly from the list on the Library website. DO NOT use a bookmarked page.
- When you click any database link off campus, you will be redirected to a page that requests you to login.
- Enter your credentials: your username is your GUST ID email prefix (make sure you DO NOT use @gust.edu.kw) and your password is your GUST password.
- You should now be redirected to the database you have chosen.
- Your access is valid across all library subscriptions. You will not be required to login again during your session.
