About the Faculty Member
Dhoha AlSaleh is Associate Professor of Business Administration at Gulf University for Science and Technology since 2011. She received her MBA in 2005 and PhD degrees in 2010 from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, USA, with honors. Dr. AlSaleh completed her summer research fellowship in University of Missouri - St. Louis, USA. Furthermore, she completed “Crisis Leadership in Higher Education Program” from Harvard University, USA. She was the director of the Alumni Office at GUST in 2013. She was awarded the “Most Innovative Faculty Member in the College of Business” by GUST.
Dr. AlSaleh is active in research. In 2020, she was elected as the first Kuwaiti female member in the Arab-German Young Academy of Sciences and Humanities (AGYA) in Germany. She published in top tier journals in her field such as: Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, and many others. Her research interests include cross-cultural studies in the area of consumer behavior and technology, social media and innovations.
