Training & Development Specialist
Identify and analyze learning/training needs and resources;
recruit, select, orient, supervise and evaluate instructors and other
personnel; and, ensure that appropriate documentation is created and
processed. Participate in the
development, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of a variety
of courses, certifications and programs for all constituent audience.
of program objectives, course outlines, learning methods, and program
requirements on content development, and/or select appropriate course
training needs analysis exercises.

conducting training needs analysis and developing and coordinating
customized/corporate programs required, preferably in Kuwait
proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and related software
administrative, planning, and organizational skills
skills in all aspects of communication, including complete fluency in English,
