Training & Development Specialist

Key Role

Identify and analyze learning/training needs and resources;
recruit, select, orient, supervise and evaluate instructors and other
personnel; and, ensure that appropriate documentation is created and
processed.  Participate in the
development, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of a variety
of courses, certifications and programs for all constituent audience.

Responsibilities:

?             Development
of program objectives, course outlines, learning methods, and program
assessments.

?             Set
requirements on content development, and/or select appropriate course
materials.

?             Conduct
training needs analysis exercises.

?             Create
detailed documentation and operational guidelines for training programs and
courses.

?             Prepare,
manage and organize corporate proposal based on clients? needs.

?             Researching,
negotiating, and finalizing various International Franchises of professional
certifications in different fields of learning.

?             Monitor
the quality of training delivery and operations and solicit trainees? feedback
as appropriate.

?             Provide
consultation and assessment needs for organizational development. 

?             Maintain
up-to-date on new developments in the area of adult learning and continuing
education.


Experience

?             Minimum
3-5 years? experience in the continuing education/training business environment
detailed as follows

?             Experience
conducting training needs analysis and developing and coordinating
customized/corporate programs required, preferably in Kuwait 

?             Highly
proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and related software
